teams & schedule
- Teams of 2 will be randomly selected following the sign-up period. The schedule will also be randomly selected following team selection. The regular season will be 6-weeks long with each team playing 2 games each week. In the event a player is unable to play on Friday, makeup games need to be coordinated between teams and held prior to the next week. Substitutes are also permitted to fill in for a given week.
Gameplay
- The total length of the court will be 40 ft. (board back to board back)
- Each player will have 4 bags and alternate throws between teams
- Each player must keep their foot behind the front end of the board while throwing
- Points
- Bag on board = 1 point
- Bag in hole = 3 points
- Bags that bounce prior to hitting the board do not count
- Scoring
- Team points will be totaled each round and the difference will count toward the higher scoring team's total score
- Highest scoring team each round throws first to start the next round
- First team to 21 wins
Champions
- Playoffs begin June 14 and will be single elimination. The top 6 teams qualify with the top 2 teams receiving a first-round bye. Each round will be best 2 out of 3.
- Tie-breaker is total points scored followed by head-to-head wins
- Teams will be reseeded each round in the playoffs so the highest remaining seed plays the lowest remaining seed
